Forms Visualizer (www.formsvisualizer.com) is an online tool to visualize and analyze survey data. The service is offered by the owner of Forms Visualizer, based in the Netherlands.

• Account data: email address and name via Google OAuth.
• Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store payment data.
• Survey data: the data you upload or import is processed solely locally in your browser. We never store these answers on our servers — not even with Pro.
• Dashboard settings (online snapshots): online syncing is opt-in (off by default). If you enable it, we only store the configuration per dashboard — chart choices, branding, filters, titles and the column headers/question texts (needed to recognize your dataset). Never the answers.
• Usage data: anonymous statistics via Vercel Analytics.

In practice: with Pro we allow up to 50 online snapshots, free users up to 3 non-unlocked snapshots plus all their unlocked forms. In both cases the answers stay solely in the browser where you uploaded them.

• Performance of the contract (account, credits, Pro subscription).
• Legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, technical operation).
• Legal obligation (Stripe, taxation).

• Supabase — database and authentication (GDPR-compliant, EU hosting possible).
• Stripe — payment processing (PCI DSS certified).
• Vercel — hosting and edge delivery.
• Google Gemini — AI analysis (only prompt text is sent, no personal data).

We only use functional cookies (session/authentication via Supabase) and anonymous analytical cookies (Vercel). No tracking or advertising cookies are placed.
