These terms apply to all services of Forms Visualizer (www.formsvisualizer.com). By using the service you agree to these terms.

Forms Visualizer is a SaaS tool for visualizing and analyzing survey data. We offer a free tier and paid plans (credits and Pro subscription). The service is provided “as is”.

• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable after use.
• Pro subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; Forms Visualizer has no access to payment data.

• processing special categories of personal data (medical, ethnic, political) without an adequate GDPR basis.
• uploading third-party data without the consent of the data subjects.
• attempting to circumvent security measures or authentication.

The software, design and AI models of Forms Visualizer are the property of the provider. The data you upload remains yours. By using the AI analysis feature you consent to your (anonymized) prompt being processed by Google Gemini.

Forms Visualizer is not liable for indirect damage, lost profits or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.

We may change these terms. Significant changes are announced at least 14 days in advance by email.

Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
